IBPS to launch online grievance system starting from April 1

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will launch an online grievance system on April 1. There are many candidates are registering for the exam and IBPS got many grievances in many forms, but now it is going to change with this grievance system.

How Candidates can log grievance/query to IBPS ?

Currently the IBPS is taking grievance with various modes and for the same it is launching a unified grievance mechanism. Here is a way to log query / grievance to IBPS

  1. Log onto to the official website viz. http://www.ibps.in,
  2. Click on the link under the heading “Candidate Grievance Lodging and Redressal Mechanism
  3. Write your grievance
  4. Submit form

Though the IBPS has not communicated exact time when they are going to revert the case, but the Institute’s help desk will reply to the registered email address within a reasonable time.

You can perform following activity on IBPS grievance portal

  1. Register a new complaint
  2. Check complaint status

Non entertaining of other Modes

The The Institute has, therefore, decided that they will not entertain grievance lodged/made through other modes of communication from April 1.
